Lynn Smith
Author, Educator, One of the founding team of NextLEVEL Leadership
And I pray that [ I ] being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ. (Ephesians 3:17-18 NIV)
A teacher by profession, Lynn has responded to requests to put her teaching notes into a book form. The first of these was Gender or Giftedness: a Challenge to rethink the basis for leadership within the Christian community. And more recently she published Mentoring: Leaving a Legacy in order to encourage others to make mentoring an intentional pattern of living by giving them practical tools for getting started and a framework for continuing.
After retiring from Tyndale University College and Seminary where she served as Dean of Students and VP of Student Development, Lynn connected with other women who shared her passion for seeing Christian women become confident leaders in their sphere of influence and together they founded NextLEVEL Leadership where Lynn now serves as mentor.
