NextLEVEL Leadership
Since 2001, NextLEVEL Leadership has been building leadership confidence in women in Canada and around the world in Germany, Ghana, Paraguay and the United States. Over 2000 women have been empowered to lead in their sphere of influence through our Integrative Leadership program. Founded, developed, and led by a team of dedicated and professional women, our mission of nurturing Godly character, leadership competencies, and inspiring confidence in a new generation of Christian women leaders is realized.
At NextLEVEL, we equip women with the tools and insight to be successful leaders—while also exploring, calling upon, and strengthening their Christian values. We call this transformational learning, because it goes beyond the mind, and includes the spirit. When the two are combined, the sphere of influence is truly incredible.
By helping women to develop as leaders—we believe we are helping the wider community, too. This is what makes our mission so incredibly rewarding. We have seen lives change time and time again. Not only those of women who have grown with NextLEVEL, but those who have been helped, encouraged, taught, mentored and inspired by our NextLEVEL Leaders.
